Hi @ashadle -- it looks like you haven't yet enabled our Finder integration, which installs the kernel extension needed to access KBFS from the native macOS filesystem. You should see an option from the Files tab in the Keybase GUI, or under the Settings tab as well.

If you think you've done that and it's still not working, let me know and we'll debug further.
