Yes, good point. Tested with:

https://github.com/keymanapp/api.keyman.com/blob/580f0743c79c4173841c6a30f0d4dcefd0fc00c0/tools/db/build/datasources.inc.php#L18

Change this to:

    public const LANGTAGS = 'https://ldml.api.sil.org/langtags.json?staging=1';

and rebuild the database.

Imported without errors, so I think all good with that.
