This pull request removes a significant number of the deprecated configuration options and capabilities, with replacements suggested inline to each of the changes.
Some changes do not have replacements, namely because we think they were bad patterns to begin with, examples of this include:
context.exitSudo()config.server.healthCheck, please use your own route withinextendExpressApp, this is too broad a topic for Keystone to be prescriptive aboutcontext.experimental.initialisedLists(if you need this, you can usecontext.__internal.listsas a replacement, but likeexperimental, it is not considered stable)
