Support google search mangled urls

Google search mangles urls in the form:

https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=video&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CDkQtwIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DoKpZNko8BG4&ei=N_RDUqr-IYmqkQWqm4G4Bw&usg=AFQjCNH9MZIJJl8NccqZBQKWhl-Y0PE_fA

It might be useful to perform a url decode before detecting if a url can be played / matches the youtube patterns on the context menu.
