phenor manuscript demo and figures
The code enclosed in this repository allows you to regenerate the demonstration data and figures (e.g. the figure below and others in the output folder) of a worked example in the manuscript associated with the phenor R package. [A draft version of the manuscript can be read here.]
The final publication in Methods in Ecology & Evolution can be read on the journal website. When using phenor, phenocamr and daymetr R packages please use the bellow reference to the final journal article and not the individual zenodo DOI as listed on the github repositories.
