This now provides an option to get all known and available GW URLs in minikube:

Here's an example (note the new all option to the gwurl command):

$ ./k8s-minikube.sh gwurl all
Gateway URLs for all known ports are:
http2: 192.168.99.100:31380
https: 192.168.99.100:31390
tcp: 192.168.99.100:31400
http-kiali: 192.168.99.100:30718
http2-prometheus: 192.168.99.100:31222
http2-grafana: 192.168.99.100:30181
http2-tracing: 192.168.99.100:31058
tls: 192.168.99.100:32114

Here's the new help text related to this new option:

$ ./k8s-minikube.sh --help

./k8s-minikube.sh [option...] command
...
  gwurl [<portName>|'all']:
             displays the Ingress Gateway URL. If a port name is given, the gateway port is also shown.
             If the port name is "all" then all the URLs for all known ports are shown.

Merry Christmas @pilhuhn :-D
