[04.08.2017 15:59:21] KSPI axAction (martin): reload
Now I see in console this:
POST http://time.martinurbanek.cz/core/floaters.php net::ERR_TIMED_OUT
I just installed Kimai on my server and have this issue when creating a new customer. When I login and try to create a customer, I get a floating box with the text "floater". When I click a button to add an entry or a project, I get the expected floating box. Afterwards the button to add a customer opens the last opened floating box (e. g. add an entry or a project). I deleted the sample customer/project/activities, so I cannot add an entry. Also switching languages doesn't work, although the selected language is shown in settings.
Running this on IIS on Server 2012 R2, PHP 7.2.1, MariaDB 10.2.12. Browser is Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox.
PS: I just set the "Trash" database setting to "0" to get the demo customer back again :-)
Nope, there it is working as expected.
I just upgraded my installation to the development version. After running the installer again I was logged in as administrator automatically. Same (bad) behaviour for adding customers or entries :-( And even worse: No panel opening in administration. But adding projects/activities is possible.
I then tried to logout/login again in both Firefox/IE11: not even possible to login again with either admin or another user. I also restarted the webserver (just in case) but still cannot login again.
It's not clear if this is a frontend or backend issue.
It would be a great help for us if you could help us with this issue. Do you see any errors in your browser console? In Firefox you can open it with F12.
Running the installer for an upgrade is a big NO-NO. Interesting that it worked.
ok, just started over with a new database.
When just installing the master-zip I receive the message "Please run composer install --no-dev on the command line to install all php dependencies". Ahm, I'm not running Linux so no composer command. I compared the directories, the master-zip doesn't contain libraries\composer, libraries\phpoffice, libraries\tecnickcom and libraries\zendframework, tests\extensions\ki_invoice, tests\library\kimai and exteions#ext_debug (and some files in root).
Next shot. Copied the latest stable release to the www dir, then copied the master-zip files to the dir and overwrote some files. Then started the installer.
The administration panels are working, so this might be an issue by re-running the installer before :-)
But the other issues remain. So creating a new customer opens the last opened floating box, new project/activity working as expected. floating box for new entries opens, but clicking OK does nothing.
Content of the logfile of the clean installation, where I created a new user and tried to create customers/entries:
[17.02.2018 16:43:43] -- begin install ----------------------------------
No errors in the PHP log file.
This is the webserver log for the current installation, when hitting OK in the add entry floating box there are some error 500 messages in the log file:
engine = On
and now... didn't change something on the server side... always getting error 500 in the web browser. tried to re-run the installer with a new prefix worked, but afterwards instantly getting error 500 again.
The last entries in logfile.txt are from re-running the installer, afterwards no more entries (when hitting error 500 in the browser).
Other websites on the server are working as expected (including PHPMyAdmin)
