[Flamingo] Command button popups can't be dismissed #170

This works in JRibbon, but not in standalone command buttons.

See BasicPopupMenuUI.MouseGrabber.eventDispatched for closing the popup when the mouse event is not in the popup. See BasicLookAndFeel's "ComboBox.ancestorInputMap" with hidePopup action wired to ESCAPE + BasicComboBoxUI.Actions.actionPerformed.
