Kivy only support ANSI charset.

Nop, it support others charset if the font is provided. This is definitively a bug.

Tested kivy\uix\vkeyboard.py example with win 7 x64 and latest development version. Works fine.

can't reproduce on latest kivy (windows 8.1, ubuntu 13.10, 64b on both), issue was raised when 1.5.0 was the stable version, can't build this one because of cython incompatibility, so i'll close it, please reopen if you still encounter it.
