https://ubuntu-touch.io/ Ubuntu for phones does support python, in fact it has it included by default.
There was an attempt some long time ago by one of the core devs but due to lack of time and the fact that the OS itself was in heavy development at the time; it couldn't be completed.
If you'd like to see a port to this OS and can provide some resources like hardware to test, then get in touch with core devs at #kivy-dev on irc.freenode.net.
