Provide ajax search for Parent Test Plan while creating a new test plan #3189

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, user has to enter the Parent ID if they want to place a new test plan under a parent test plan. This is a two step process. First make a note of the ID and then enter it into the field.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see an implementation where user can type the name of the test plan and it shows up in a selectable list (like google search results) while selecting parent test plan. I think it uses ajax technology to do this.
