Why use don't use newest version of rails ?

i am installing surveyor successful on rails 4.1.1 and work well , but when i'm install surveyor-gui it's require rails 4.0
can you modify gem dependency in your gemspec?

just because looks like surveyor is not tested on rails 4.1 yet https://github.com/NUBIC/surveyor/blob/master/Gemfile.rails_version

We'll follow the Surveyor team's lead on this and update the gemspec as they do.
