PABanking: Should only do transfers when opening the bank (and not housing chests) #44

Reported by Oliviander in esoui:

I dunno how this can work but it actually does:
I have set my profile to move all motifs in bank.
I can withdraw them manually.
When I leave the Banker I have them in my inventory.

Then, when I try to put them in a chest:
I open the chest and motifs are moved, but not to the chest - they are moved to the bank.

I first thought they vanished completely.
I tried this several times.
It always works this way.

So obviously the chest supports banker functionality.
But in this case it is not intuitive.
