This is a repository to run behavioral and neuroimaging psychophysics experiments for sequential skill acquisition.

• process.sh is a script that processes the imaging data from the raw to group searclihghts visualized in pycortex
• The behavioral analysis is located in modmap_autopilot.py
• The fMRI analysis is located in imaging_autopilot.py

The code here is not heavily commented. It is only up for the sake of collaborators who are working on similar projects. The code will be finalized when the manuscript is published on arXiv in Spring 17.
