  2. Fix modifier class name generation

    Should now correctly expand multiple class names or pseudo classes in a
    given rule. So ".disabled.mousdown" will now accurately expand to
    "disabled mousedown"

  1. More robust pseudo class generation

    This add support for active & visited pseudo states, as well as having
    a more robust matching method so that CSS rules with multiple pseudo
    matchers work as expected.

    Specifically this fixes rules like this:

      .test:hover, .test:active {
        color:blue;
      }
