A contact centre for handling emergency situations where communication becomes a necessity. This is a project aimed to lend a hand to those who needs help once a disaster has taken place. People stuck at a location can contact the Rapid_Contact_Centre providing their informations which helps organisations to help them immediately. The user calls are automated with the help of Amazon Connect and his responses are stored on Amazon S3. Using Amazon's event driven serverless computing platform the user details are retrieved to send rescue teams to those locations specified by the caller.
