TPV: Temporal Pathway Visualizer

TPV is an in-browser visualization tool to explore network and time series data. It is mainly designed to work with in conjunction with TPS.

Installation

Dependencies

npm, bower, and gulp.js.

Build instructions

1. Install project dependencies:

    npm install
    bower install
   

2. Building the project properly with gulp.js is work in progress.
