I've been updated with new features, improvements and minor bug fixes. The most important is the use of the featured image as the header image for singular items (e.g. posts, pages).

• Use Featured Image for header of singular items.
• Fix page bounce issues caused by header.

Browsers have a hard time interpreting my assets without the correct source. Fortunately browsers are very forgiving.

Now that the Font Awesome source is correct, my icons have returned. Yay!
