VisEditor and Version Control

This article applies to VisEditor 0.3

VisEditor is VCS friendly, scenes are saved in JSON meaning that they can be stored in eg. Git repository. If you want you can store entire VisEditor project. It's up to you if you decide to store it in same repository as your game code or if you decide to create separate repository. However there are some project files that you should never store in VCS, the rule of thumb is simple: if file or folder starts with . then don't commit it to repository. Simple .gitignore rule will protect you against doing it:
