[Feature Request] Add support for focusing os windows in remote control calls

This would allow for more integration with programs like editors with commands for focusing specific clients.

IIRC focusing any kitty window inside an OS window will focus the OS window automatically. Is that not the case?

That appears to not be working for me, though that might be due to i3 messing with it somehow.

OK I'll take a look at it, when I have a moment. In general this may be hard ot accomplish. Some platforms, for example, wayland dont allow programmatic focus changing of OS windows for security reasons
