ctrl+tab does not work on MacOS

Hi,

I've been trying to map ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab and it is not working on MacOS (it works perfectly on Linux).

Looking at --debug-keyboard output I can see that TAB is not registered when pressed in combination with Ctrl, it works with Shift and everything else I tried, except for Ctrl.

It seems like it has been an issue in the past #801 #809 so maybe it is a regression?
