selection_background still takes into account background_opacity #2177

When setting background_opacity 0.0, this affects the selection_background colour in addition to background. This means that you cannot have an "inverted colour" selection.

See screenshots of the below config with the background_opacity line commented out (correct):

and with background_opacity 0.0 (incorrect, selected text doesn't have a white background and is hard to read)

Notice also the less "Pattern not found" text being unreadable, i'm not sure whether this is the same bug or another bug since it's not a selection.
