Middle-click paste on macOS #529

I'd like to be able to configure kitty to behave the same way my iTerm2 configuration does. I've already turned on copy-on-select and that works as expected, but middle-clicking doesn't paste the contents of the clipboard. (and there's no output on stdout when I middle click)

Running kitty version 0.9.1 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.4.
