Switch to the last active tab on tab close

It would be nice if on tab close kitty switched to the last active tab instead of just the last (rightmost) one. It feels natural and is a common pattern across apps heavily relying on tabs. It becomes especially useful for transient tabs, like opening "full-screen" file manager from within editor to pick a file with intention to close tab and return to editor right after that.
