issues with mouse pointer on macOS

there's a small issue on macOS with the mouse pointer

• run kitty
• move the mouse pointer over the kitty window
• wait some seconds till the pointer disappear
• without moving the mouse type "exit" in the shell and then type enter

the kitty window closes and the mouse remain hidden even if you move it. it appears again only when you click somewhere to give focus to another app.

sometimes the mouse doesn't disappear, but when you close the window it remains stuck in its position until, again, you click to give focus to another app.

I'm using kitty 0.11.1 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.5
