if i copy from firefox to kitty
in firefox:

#Clipboard
map super+v paste_from_clipboard
map ctrl+shift+s paste_from_selection
map super+c copy_to_clipboard
map shift+insert paste_from_selection

in kitty i get this:

#Clipboard
map super+v paste_from_clipboard map ctrl+shift+s paste_from_selection map
super+c copy_to_clipboard
map shift+insert paste_from_selection

i have laptop , so i have key arrow in
8 = up
2 = down
4 = left
6 = right

this key don't work

i don't know if i miss somthing to install , maybe from xrog or others , or it's kitty problem ...

I dont use debian but I cannot reproduce on Arch. Steps I tried:

  1. start firefox
  2. Select the text you posted
  3. Press ctrl+c
  4. Switch to kitty
  5. Run cat (so that the shell does not interfere with pasting)
  6. Press shift+ctrl+v
  7. The text is correctly pasted

And note that I am talking about the official kitty binary release, version 0.12.0 I have no idea what version the kitty debian package is at.

As for numpad arrow keys not working when num lock is off, this is a bug in glfw and will be fixed in the next release.
