Network connections, in some cases, close prematurely #125

When using a system with long-lived TCP connections, such as Tor, it's the case that fteproxy is being too aggressive and closes these connections when not requested to by the application.

This behavior can be seen by opening Wireshark and looking for lots of TCP FINs, generated by fteproxy.
