Great little util for using gitignore.io.

Just improved it a little by appending new types to existing .gitignore file.
I also remove the duplicate # Created by http://www.gitignore.io line when appending.

I think there should be some kind of header inserted when things are appended, so that it's easy to undo if it was on accident. I'll probably merge and then fix that myself, but I have to be less sleepy to do that!

Oh dear. Sorry for not getting back to you. The later commit appears to be exactly what I was looking for. Embarrassing that this has been open for so long! Thank you for the great effort!
