List behavior is inconsistent #94

When not actively running script, list behaves differently than when running.

  • list 0 shows the contents of the entire file (which is what list should do IMO)
  • list 1 also shows entire file (should show the first line)
  • list 2 shows the first line (should show 2 lines)
  • list 3 shows the first two lines (should show 3 lines)
  • etc

When running, and stopped at a break/watchpoint, list # seems to show lines with 1 being the current line, and on from there.
