register function has the same behavior as run #99

Calling register or register <anything> is identical to calling run:

e.g.

phpdbg> register glob
[Cannot start another execution while one is in progress]

Or if the script isn't running, it will run.

The alias, R, works fine:

phpdbg> R glob
[Registered glob]
