Updated Schema <> Document matching logic

Given foo.ziggy, the Ziggy LSP now will also search for .foo.ziggy-schema
in the same directory as the original document.

Given foo.smd the Ziggy LSP will now search for, in order of precedence:

• foo.smd.ziggy-schema (same dir)
• .foo.smd.ziggy-schema (same dir)
• .smd.ziggy-schema (same dir and above)

Introduced syntax highlighting support

The Ziggy Document AST renderer can now output syntax-highlighted code
for both the terminal and HTML. This is still an "experimental" feature
so expect some more tweaks in the next releases.

See the new ziggy cat command for CLI access to the feature.

• Zig types can now be tested for compatibility against Ziggy Schemas
• (De)Serializer now accepts a new type for ziggy_options with extended functionality.
• The Language Server now supports a mostly complete but rudimentary implementation of autocompletion/hover/goto definition. It’s not yet at the level of SuperHTML but it’s just a matter of polishing the existing implementation.

Plus a big list of bugfixes and minor improvements.
