Starts handling system events. Currently only used for reboot.
Added lots of skeleton code for the system event type.
System events are now stored and deleted on export.
Add support for updating asynchronous identifiers (node id, session id, timestamp) in the RebootEvent table.

Start exporting system events, currently only rebooting devices (modems). Very basic, but seems to work fine.
