Made core changes to draft:

* Changed "required" attribute to an array of strings.
* Removed "format" attribute.
* Added "minProperties" and "maxProperties" attributes.
* Replaced "slash-delimited" fragment resolution with "json-pointer".
* Added "template" LDO attribute.
Removed irrelevant "Open Issues" section.
