Add shorthands for http verbs `patch`, `head` and `options` to ktor-client #562

Most http verbs have a shorthand that can be called like httpClient.get(url), however PATCH, HEAD and OPTIONS seem to be missing such shorthands.

I'd give this a go myself and submit a PR, but wanted to hear if there might be any considerations to take into account before doing so.
