@fisherxu Do you have any particular theme or design in mind?
This site was designed by using the Academic Hugo theme I had updated the theme a while back but after that it is not.
May be updating the theme and checking out the new features that provided my help in the redesign. The Academic theme is quite comprehensive and provides lots of features. You can check them out here
I will try to help where I can.

@anvithks choosing a theme is just basic things, as refreshed in the issue description, we will need customize css (mainly colors), disable some functionalities (if we keep using academic hugo theme) etc.
And for document management, internationalizations will multiple releases support is necessary.

@kevin-wangzefeng cool.
I think customizing the css shouldn't be a problem with the Hugo framework.
We just need to follow the correct way and use the appropriate customization methods provided.

Hugo supports i18n. We already have multiple languages support. This should be easy.

The problem I see is with multiple version support. We will need to make some custom changes to the deployment via netlify and then a version picker which will show the deployed site.
Maybe we can find out how Kubernetes is doing it on their website since they have a similar setup.

@kevin-wangzefeng @fisherxu Hi! I saw this issue as a project in LFX mentorship 2021 summer. I would love to contribute and get involved! This issue is opened in 2020. Is the requirement of this project the same as one year ago?
