Feedback on ModelSync Controller

Creating this issue to collect feedback on our ModelSync Controller.

Our ModelSync controller is a custom resource we created to continuously deploy our label bot model. It is based on the same declarative, level based approach we are already using for continuous delivery of Kubeflow. We will most likely start adopting for more of Kubeflow's CD needs.

We will be posting a blog about this soon. As part of this blog we wanted to have an issue where people could provide feedback.
