User Story

Code related to the original Notebook functionality has been migrated from kubeflow/kubeflow to the notebooks-v1 branch of the kubeflow/notebooks repository. Now that we have the code migrated, we need to be able to release from this branch. We want to have all necessary CI/CD checks and any other supporting processes updated such that when the time comes to release v1.11.0 in Kubeflow - that activity can be performed from the notebooks-v1 branch seamlessly.
