Component images for Kubernetes 1.25

This issue tracks components that might need updating or a documentation note saying it is compatible with 1.25.

• kubernetes-dashboard (v2.7 supports k8s 1.25)
• vertical-pod-autoscaler (VPA) (v0.12 supports k8s 1.25)
• Anexia CCM (v1.4.4 is recent enough to maybe be compatible)
• Azure CCM (v1.25.1 supports k8s 1.25)
• Azure CSI (v1.22 supports k8s 1.21+)
• Digitalocean CSI
• Hetzner CCM (v1.13 supports k8s 1.25)
• Hetzner CSI (is kind of stuck in the past)
• Kubevirt CCM
• Kubevirt CSI
• Nutanix CSI
• Openstack CCM (has v1.25)
• Openstack Cinder CSI (has v1.25)
• vSphere CCM
• vSphere CSI

Please add to the list if something is missing.
