After reaching out to SIG-Testing, SIG-Cluster-Lifecycle, and #kind members via slack and SIG meetings, we've decided to set up a recurring meeting on Mondays at 11AM PST.

We'll need to sort out zoom and meeting invites. @munnerz and I can host.

I'm going to call this done on our end. It's not completely smooth yet, but with have a recurring meeting and agenda listed under SIG Testing.
