Bump version of plugin "konfig" to v0.2.1 #147

This fixes several issues with the installation and the commands.
One recommended usage example would even lose data 馃う鈥嶁檪


Checklist for plugin developers:

  • Read the Plugin Naming Guide (for new plugins)
  • Verify the installation from URL or a local archive works (kubectl krew install --manifest=[...] --archive=[...])
Bump version to v0.2.1
This fixes several issues with the installation and the commands.
One recommended usage example would even lose data.
