There is a problem with ipv6 causing connections to fail. I will try have a look at this during the upcoming week(s)

From what I remember OVH gives an IPv4 and IPV6 to each VM, maybe something related to that?

rebased based on current master. most likely I need to disable ipv6 for the openstack provider.
I'm waiting for CI to complete and if it fails on the same step again I will look into how to disable ipv6 for the cloud provider for now
