With the merger of kubernetes/kubernetes#67441 fuzzer round trip tests will be disabled because v1alpha2 <-> v1alpha3 conversion is no longer lossless (see comment in fuzzer_test.go).

These tests need to be re-enabled when v1alpha2 gets deleted.
