This issue covers the design tasks that are needed to provide dual-stack support for Kubernetes. Reference info:

Google doc with list of tasks, KEP mappings, issue numbers, and assignees is at TBD. If you want to help out, add your name to items on the list in the doc, so that we avoid duplication.
