What would you like to be added:
I would like for Kubernetes namespaces to be passed in some form to the CSI storage plugin with every CSI RPC.

Why is this needed:
Our storage backend has a tenancy model that aligns very well with Kubernetes namespaces. We've created a CSI plugin to provide storage for Kubernetes-hosted applications, but we are currently unable to sync the Kubernetes PVC namespace with the PV object or backend storage physical volume tenant due to the limitation that PVC namespace is only currently available with 1 or 2 CSI Node RPCs with the CSIDriver object podInfoOnMount

Potential issues:

  1. PVCs have namespaces, but PVs do not. This could potentially leave an unbound PV that was previously namespaced when bound via a PVC with no information anywhere regarding what namespace should have access to it

  2. The standard Kubernetes answer of this should be solved with a CRD (eg: write it yourself)
