There are two questions:

  • it took 20 minutes for the pod to pull from the mirror to be scheduled
  • the K8S event shows that this pod was created/started twice, and the fabric log sees two cmdAdd/cmdDel calls

will the communication mechanism between kubelet and cni call cmdAdd/cmdDel twice? Probably not.
