My k8s version is 1.15.6.
I want my high priority pods won't be evicted when diskPressure.
I found that PR: #87144 , high priority pods should not be evicted when diskPressure.
I won't update to 1.17 temporarily.
so can patch this PR to k8s 1.15?

What happened:
high priority pods won't be evicted when diskPressure
