Assemble Kubernetes 1.12 Release Team #167
There were some rumblings on #sig-release in getting a jump on assembling the Release Team for 1.12.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say that I've seen all of the comments and am SOOOOO thrilled about how many people are ready to step up for Release Team duty!
We're going to make an open call announcement at tomorrow's Community Meeting, and continue building a bit of a pipeline before making any other decisions on roles.
Please note that for some (read: most) roles, we're happy to have multiple shadows.
There are also some role that are filled, but could have multiple shadows.
