This is the COmmon Data Exchange and Rconstruction Engine (codeare).
This software is a framework for live communication with MRI sequence and 
reconstruction software. It is distributed under der LGPL v3.0

BUILD & INSTALL
For example:
# cd codeare
# mkdir build
# cd build
# cmake ..
# make 
# make test
# sudo make install

Linux optimised compilation examples:
(64bit Linux, Intel Composer XE 2015, MKL, MATLAB 2015a)
# . /opt/intel/bin/compilervars.sh intel64
# export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/intel/lib/intel64:/opt/intel/mkl/lib/intel64
# cd codeare
# mkdir build
# cd build
# cmake -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=icc \
        -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=icpc \
        -DBLA_VENDOR=Intel10_64lp \
        -DMATLAB_ROOT=/usr/local/MATLAB/R2015a ..

(64bit Linux, ACML 6.1, MATLAB 2015a)
# cd codeare
# mkdir build
# cd build
