When kw deploys a new kernel, it copies the old kernel with the same name and adds the extension .old (users can see it in the grub menu). We add it as a mechanism for recovering from a bad kernel installation; however, this option confuses new users and is not super helpful. Let's create an option named old_kernel_swap=no in the deploy.config, and if it is set to yes we enable the .old version.

This commit removes the '.old' kernel as a default option and moves it
to the deploy.config file. Users can still have this option by updating
their config file.

Closes: kworkflow#706
