@kyamagu python 3.8 is disappearing these few days, and it looks like some of the hosts are getting it already actions/runner-images#12034 - so I'd avoid re-release, as it will take python 3.8 builds (which are last of its kind) off too. |

@kyamagu just updated the docs online. In the future, this means we could take "pure doc" or "pure tutorial" pulls and have them online between / without going through a release, too. |

@kyamagu this also adds a trigger to rebuild and upload docs at manual request - this means the docs can be updated between releases...
